By leveraging our experience of working in Hospital Research Departments we bring a unique perspective to Clinical Trial Services.

Our Story

TCR-Solutions is a leading UK-based Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) founded in 2015 by Davy Yeung, with Peter MacLennan joining shortly afterwards to support the development of a high-performing, site-focused CRO.

Together, they set out to improve the way CROs work with hospitals and research teams.

Through many years working in NHS Hospital Research Departments and senior clinical operations roles, Davy saw that most CRO–Hospital relationships were overly transactional, driven by contracts and budgets rather than genuine collaboration.

TCR-Solutions was established to change this. Instead of selecting a site and stepping back, we work closely and consistently with hospital personnel, supporting site processes, understanding local pressures, and helping teams deliver efficient study start-up, strong patient recruitment, and high-quality clinical data.
